Roll Compactor Machine

75 KG Roll Compactor Machine is widely used for dry granulation method by forcing the fine powders between two counters and presses them in a solid compact known as chips. They are then reduced in sizes with Oscillating Granulator Machine. The sieve size should prevent the generation of fines and select the final granules size. It is designed as per the cGMP guidelines. Its contact parts are developed using high-grade S.S. 316 in compact design.

Screw of this 75 KG Roll Compactor Machine is managed by AC Variable Frequency Drive. Its safety slipping clutch is located between the gearbox and feed screw. Electroless Nickel Plating with mirror finishing is done on rolls. The rolls drive is managed with the help of twin shaft gearbox and drive unit is linked to it using coupling.

Pre-Compression chamber indicates the products to roll with no leakage. Pre-densifier screw in cylindrical or conical shape is made of AISI SS-316 quality material. The feed screw assembly is easily lifted by hand-operated hydraulic pump to ensure ease in cleaning. Scrapper assembly is also available to dismantle for ease of cleaning. In addition, this comes with electrical interlocking between fixed screw drive and main roll drive.
